The Zoo, Round 1

We are now members of the Fort Worth Zoo! Which means, along with free parking and other cool discounts and such, we get to visit the zoo as much as we want for a whole year! Makes for a fun day and it tires out the kids, so they take great naps and give me a break. What a deal!

This trip, we saw...

some big fish...
snakes (ew!)...
kangaroos...
the kangaroo statue...
a giant alligator statue...
some birds (can you tell I really paid attention??)...
and here's Ella trying to climb the fence to see the jaguar. Next time, lions and tigers and monkeys, oh my!

Birthday Celebration!

This past weekend, Ella turned two years old! Hard to believe that she's grown so much into the little person that she is today.
