Zoo Round 2

This trip we saw monkeys...

At the new MOLA exhibit, they had a tarantula sitting out for display. It was pretty scary!

Summer Camp

Yesterday, the kids had their first day of "summer camp"! There was so much that happened (good with a smidgen of bad), so to sum it up, the kids had a blast at the end of the day! They will be going two times a week for the entire summer, and then they will continue in the fall with the more curriculum based program, preparing them even more for preschool. They grow up so fast!

The Zoo, Round 1

We are now members of the Fort Worth Zoo! Which means, along with free parking and other cool discounts and such, we get to visit the zoo as much as we want for a whole year! Makes for a fun day and it tires out the kids, so they take great naps and give me a break. What a deal!

some birds (can you tell I really paid attention??)...
and here's Ella trying to climb the fence to see the jaguar. Next time, lions and tigers and monkeys, oh my!
